📦 Shipping Information

All ParkSide Threads items are made to order, just for you. That means each piece is printed, packed, and shipped once your order is placed.

Processing Time

  • Orders typically take 2–5 business days to be printed and prepared for shipment.

Shipping Time

  • Once shipped, orders usually arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Shipping times may vary during holidays or peak seasons.

You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way so you can follow the magic from our workshop to your door.


🔄 Returns & Exchanges

Because all of our items are custom printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as wrong size, color choice, or change of mind.

That said — if something isn’t right, we’ve got you covered.

We will gladly replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • There’s a printing error

  • You receive the wrong item

If there’s an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the problem, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.

👕 Sizing Help

To avoid sizing issues, we strongly recommend checking the size chart included on each product page before ordering. Our shirts are unisex and true to size, but sizing preferences can vary.
