What are your shirts made of?
Our shirts are printed on soft, high-quality cotton or cotton-blend fabrics chosen for comfort and durability. They’re lightweight, breathable, and built for all-day park wear — from rope drop to fireworks.
How do your shirts fit?
Our shirts feature a unisex adult fit and are true to size.
- Order your usual size for a standard fit
- Size up if you prefer a looser or oversized feel
If you’re between sizes, sizing up is usually the safer choice.
Will the colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors accurately, but screen settings and lighting may cause slight variations. Heather and blended fabrics may also have subtle texture differences — that’s totally normal and part of what makes each shirt unique.
How are your shirts made?
Every ParkSide Threads item is printed on demand, meaning your shirt is made especially for you after you place your order. This allows us to reduce waste and focus on quality rather than mass production.
How long does shipping take?
Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times after shipping:
- United States: usually 5–8 business days
- International orders: delivery times vary and may take significantly longer depending on destination and customs processing
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because all items are printed on demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
That said — if there’s a problem with your order (such as a misprint, damage, or defect), we will absolutely make it right. Just contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll take care of it.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders move into production quickly, so changes or cancellations can’t be guaranteed once an order is placed.
If you contact us immediately after ordering, we’ll do our best to help — but once production begins, changes may no longer be possible.
